Finally full: Week three plus overall thoughts

Finally full: A workshop on spirituality and food was first introduced this summer, Back then it could be attended either in-person or via ustream. I usually do attend live online. The Holy Ghost said "no". I knew it was for a reason. I had already been a part of Gabrielle"s "May cause miracles" live group. in the beginning of this year. I have already written about both the book and course. However, I have SIX- super special entries lined up in my head. One for each week of the book alongside the course. You see, I am going to let you in on shifts. I have experienced and you'll see how much we have in common. Both the workshops will change the way you think.

I just finished week three of Finally full. The shockingly amazingly cool reality is this: I went from not eating even daily to healthy and happy: in the first week. In the second week I looked at what started it by using the visualization meditation. I have gone back to that part daily for a few days now.. works great. I can't recommend this highly enough. Finally full holds powerful tools.
