You are aware I am taking the fabulous digital e-)course "Finally full" created by Gabrielle Bernstein? I have already written how AMAZING week one was after watching the video once.
I kept watching week one not because I had to fill the waiting time, no, I watched it over and over again because it was filled with SO much wisdom. It was as if I had my own pocket coach.
As a result I went from letting my conection to God lead me unconsciously when it came to food. I started eating breakfast every day. It might seem odd, but I have never been a breakfast-eater. The more I planned eating it the harder it became.
After ONE play of the week one video I started eating. It was unlike anything else. Like a hidden switch got turned on.
As I continued to go deeper I felt something quite interesting: Usually when I have done workshops I have been too eager on what will come up next. A case of fear of missing out(fomo for shrt.) Because this is more topical or dare I say deeper? I have really soaked in week one.
In fact I have decided to not finish the werk two video yet( I got access to it tonight. ) I decided to stay on week one a few more days while doing the 40-day workshoo "Choosing me before we" I bought that course this summer to use as a companion to Gabrielle Bernstein's most recent book: "May cause miracles" when the workshop accompanying the book statted I joined live online. Due to the six-week structure of both the mcm book and course the book is perfect to do over again.
However, in my humble opinion the workshop that goes with it can be highly effective if you use it rarely( In my own practice I might use it every third time I go through the book, ) It is such an amazingly created booster for those who have yet to take a workshop with Gabrielle. The fact that the meditation practice in that workshop will help you get where you are supposed to be faster than you could imagine is a good enough reason to go on that journey. In addition the language used in the mcm digital retreat is much more familiar if you have read her previous work. "Finally full" is heavier and I think more packed because it is only three weeks long. Because I wanted to force myself deeper I decided that doing "Choosing me before we" which is all about getting short daily emails with powerful self-work I think it can be a powerful combination in addition to my daily Sadhana. That's the positive side of being addictive to workshops: I have a great library of high quality tools which can be used in different ways. Somehow you always have different opinions. If you are interested in trying out the combination of "Choosing me before we" alongside "Finally full" which is a combination I am going to use for the first time starting today. Please keep in mind that unless you are used to looking inward(at the elements where you are holding back/treating yourself badly) you should look at this type work as something you do to know yourself better. It is not there to create a new you. The point is to become more of who you are and not who you wish you were. You are created to be YOU!
