Reflections on my workshop

So, I know I promised a while back to include a link where you could win a free workshop with Gabrielle Bernstein. Your next question is totally legit; If i said I would include it then why didn't I? Well for one, I was not responsible for the contest, but more importantly it was a facebook based gathering of sorts. And with the new "bill of rights" soon coming to your facebook page/timeline, I thought better of it. I could easily updated and told you this of course, but then if I did, I would have to do it by e-mail, which I kind of hate, and which is part of the huge reason why I am always considering moving my content to another site. It is beyond strange to me how an important service such as this, simply offers you a message to post on the go from 1997. I constantly ask myself why I don't move, because I do pay 30 dollars each month for this single account. And I can't claim to put a known qoute in my own words "I am rich and I am on my way dying trying". I don't mind paying for a good service, I'm not cheap. I love giving more than I enjoy recieving birthday gifts. (This is almost entirely true, if it weren't for last year birthday, where I in deep desperation, because I felt forgotten about, ended up buying the coolest phone I have ever seen as a birthday gift to myself) As you know I already used blackberry 10 this year, so the phone I bought was more of a small tab going phone. Which means I can watch tv in bed (aka netflix as well as hbo which  I regret signing up for, so I cancelled). I have even taken myself in the act of using it when I shop. So it is kind of like a mini pad, but even cooler, since you can call people with it. However when you do people will stare at you, but if you don't care about that go ahead and call away. 

Over to the subject at hand: I admit I am a workshop junkie, which means I basically have been through a period in my life, where I have used way to much energy, and I would go so far even to say to much money as well, trying to feel better. Now since I love you guys, and I actually do love you, I don't want you to have to go through the same thing. Word to the wise: there is so much crap out there to be bought, ready to suck you and your money in, to leave you of worse than you ever were before. On the other side of the spectrum, there are those moments where you feel like your life is falling into place, and you think wow, did this really just happen to me?! Which is really cool, because let's face it, when you pay you want results. One of the best things I have ever experienced is the fact that the workshops which works will lead you to great free content as well. Why? Because you start to get in a flood where people want to help their not so famous friends working out, which basically means you get the benefits of a free course with no strings attached. Since I freely admit to have gone workshop crazy, I (as you may well know) have taken it upon myself to bring you the free resources I have stumbled across. Now I know you are exctied to learn about my bloom and gloom in the workshop world, but be aware I am not gonna badmouth a program. You see it didn't work for me, but it might work for you. I am gonna remove all the advertising voices found on the homepages of the workshops, and reveal the maintopic, the price and the time you neeed to put into it. Let's get crackin'. My absolute personal favourite workshop was the "may cause miracles" six week online course. However if you are not willing to read the book, you can just skip this paragraph, because honestly without the book, what's the point in a weekly "one video per week"? Dive into content you haven't read or not willing to read? If you are looking at this page going I can't afford any paid workshops, then this book is something you should think about. You don't have to have the workshop, to have the wonderful experiences explained by the book. If you buy it in the us via amazon, barnes and noble or indibound you can actually head over to gabbyb.tv and get your free gift. Ok, enough about happy advertising.

I have tried the desire map program. Which is 170$, you can get it at daniellelaporte.com. It is a program which includes a printed book, access to a private portal where you will find the book as an e-book/audiobook. You will also find videos, poems, meditations and an app thst works on every format. In addition you will have the option to sign up for three months in addition to support in you first sign up e-mail t get you going. In my very personal opinion, this is a buisness program, which means unless you are about to grow a buisness (small, big or otherwise) you might not need it at this point. To get an idea about what the desire map is all about, you can get her book "the fire starter sessions" which used to be a digital program just like the desire map. If you dig the book, you'll dig the desire map. I bought the audiobook, and I must admit I was seduced by her sassy voice. She has the best reading voice I have every heard! With that said, am I sad that I bought it? Now I have it so I don't need to think about saving up for it, if I should need it in the future.

The next workshop I'm going to talk to you about is the "40 day fear cleanse" with Gabrielle Bernstein and Christine Arylo. Now if you dig Gabrielle Bernstien's first book, you'll dig this. However you felt that her newst book gave more results, then this book is not deep enough for you. Of course I could be wrong and if you really, really dig Gabby grab it anyway. It is 97$, it includes weekly record phonesessions. But the spine and the chord are the daily e-mails. Check it out at fearcleanse.com

"Choosing me before we" another 40 day gig, daily inspirational emails, weekly recordings and a way to learn how to be nicer to yourself. This is more Christine's own thing, so if you are really curious about trying someone who "knows" Gabby, but uses an entirely different approach this is the way to go. Christine uses one big task every week to get you to see where you need to work. The small daily tasks are made to aid in the process of the big task. If you want to be nicer to yourself then this is a good plave to start. 

"Take back you health" by Lissa Rankin. Honestly just read her book and if you become a super fan, then invest in her course. That's all I'm going to say.
